Refund policy
At Noah June's We love all our customers, and we want to provide them with the most amazing shopping experience. Below are detailed information on how we can make shopping easy for you and all our customers.
Noah June's gladly accepts returns for an exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise with tags purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 15 days from the date your order was received.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@noahjunes.com in order for us to better assist you. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Noah June's 6049 Edgemont Way, Shelbyville KY, 40065.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS:
- Items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds. All returns must be received at our address within 15 days. Anything purchased at a discounted price is final sale and not eligible for return.
- You are responsible for mailing your return back to us. We do not pay shipping costs for returns.
- All items must be returned to us in their original condition. This includes original tags still attached, clothes unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise with tags.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
- We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order.
- Any item returned to us AFTER 15 days, will be returned to you at your expense.
- After discussing your options for having your rejected return shipped back to you, we will donate your item to a charity if no resolution has been met within 25 days of your return.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND ISSUES:
- If you have received a defective item please contact us by emailing at contact@noahjunes.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, item name, and photo of the defect in the email.
- If you contact us outside of the 3 business days window the item will not qualify for replacement or return.
- IN THE CASE OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM ONLY upon approval of the defective return, we will send you costs of shipping the item back to us. When you ship the item back to us, please send us the tracking number for the item.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
- Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond to your emails/inquiries.
